Trinity Foster makes it to third round of Scripps National Spelling Bee

Crossett Middle School eighth grader Trinity Foster made it into the third round at the Scripps National Spelling Bee Tuesday. Foster won the Ashley County Spelling Bee and placed fourth at the state level. Crossett school officials said that to their knowledge no other student from the Crossett School District has participated in the National Bee. Foster’s final placement in the competition was unavailable at press time.
