Crossett High School had its 2019 National Honor Society Induction Ceremony on March 13.

The induction ceremony was for students who are either juniors or seniors who meet the criteria to join National Honor Society.

The ceremony was in Crossett High School’s new auditorium.

Senior President Amari Williams began the ceremony with the Pledge of Allegiance and then followed it with speeches on scholarship and service.

Senior Vice-President Sydney Watkins then followed with speeches on leadership and character.

All of the inductees had to say the induction pledge to complete the initiation process.

Afterward, CHS National Honor Society sponsor Stephanie Brooks announced each inductee’s name to come on stage and receive their certificate of induction.

Crossett High School Principal Anthony Boykin presented certificates of memberships and gave one last speech to close out the ceremony.
