The Crossett High School journalism class made a field trip to the Pillars in Crossett Feb. 28 to visit and learn a little bit more about the history of Crossett.

The students asked the residents living at the Pillars about what they remember about growing up or being in Crossett. The residents shared many stories and important facts about Crossett with the students, who are working to record and add to their project of collecting information on the history of Crossett.

The students said they appreciated all the information that they gathered and are ready to continue collecting more of Crossett’s history.
