Crossett High School’s Career and Technical Student Organization officers attended the Arkansas State Fair Oct. 15.

The Arkansas State Fair is held annually in Little Rock at the State Fairgrounds off Roosevelt Avenue. Seventeen CHS students attended the CTSO day at the fair, during which they learned about different careers related to the fair that might be unique interests to club members such as the livestock show, food service organizations, marketing and event planning.

Attendees participated in a scavenger hunt at the fairgrounds. Students were also allowed time to spend on the midway to enjoy rides and different carnival foods.

“I enjoyed spending time with the officers and doing the scavenger hunt because it brought all the different CTSO officers together,” Junior India Luckey said.
