Crossett High School seniors class attended a college fair at The University of Monticello Arkansas (UAM)  on Sept. 13th.

The senior class went to find colleges that they might be interested in attending when they graduate high school. UAM hosts the College Fair so that they can help area seniors find colleges that will be a better fit for them. In addition to regional colleges, some Division 1 schools such as The University of Arkansas and Mississippi State were at the fair.

“It was a great idea to have the college fair because it gives the students more of an idea of what college they would like to go to,”  Student Deandre Smith said.

Another student, Hannah Govan, said that, “It was a good experience for the students to see all the colleges that was surrounding them and it was also a great experience for me and other students that had tunnel vision for one college.”
