CHS student Anna Rice won first place at the District Livestock Show in Pine Bluff, with her cinnamon bunny, Rosie. Anna also won second and third with her other bunnies, Tulip and Petunia.

“Showing bunnies is so much fun, and it’s one of the easiest animals to show,” said Rice, who is a senior.

She also plans to compete in the State Livestock Show on Oct. 13-14, in Little Rock.

“I started showing my freshmen year, when [Agri instructor] Mr. Cox invited me to a bunny workshop,” Rice said. “I got my first bunny, Rosie, at the workshop”.

Anna said she is ready to blow the judges away with her ribbon winning bunnies.
