Sadie Cotton

Sadie Bell Williams Cotton was born April 16, 1956 in Macon, Miss. She was a 1974 graduate of Noxubee County High School in Macon. She worked in school cafeterias until she retired in 2010. She was of the Christian faith, and died Dec. 20, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her mother Ms. Rinny McDavis and father Mr. Jack Williams; one sister, Lucille Johnson; one brother, Walter Williams ;one sister-in-law Kelly Ann Watson; two brother-in-laws, Rickey Lee Cotton and Kirby Johnson; and one goddaughter, Shertesha Stewart.

Survivors include a loving husband, Mr. John Franklin Cotton; one daughter, Monique Cotton; one son, Chevron Dwayne Cotton, both of Brooksville, Miss.; two brothers, Willie Lee Williams and Willie C. Williams, both of Maca, Miss., and a number of nieces, relatives and Friends

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the Pilgrim Rest Cemetery in Brooksville, Miss., under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett.
