James Robinson

James “Jimmy” Neal Robinson, 57, of Crossett, died Friday, May 17, 2019, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, La. Jimmy was born to his parents, James H. and Sarah Varnell Robinson on Oct. 29, 1961, in Malvern. He worked as a maintenance supervisor at Interfor Lumber Corporation in Monticello.

Survivors include the love of his life for 25 years, his wife; Kaye Rice Robinson of Crossett; one daughter, Michelle MacCloskey of Dallas; one step daughter, April Spence and husband, Justin, of Bastrop; three step sons, Craig Handly and wife, Laura, of Monticello, Lance McGhee and wife, Vanessa, of Conway, and Brad McGhee and wife, Kelly, of Crossett;two nephews; one sister, LouAnne Richardson of Hamburg; his mother, Sarah Robinson of Hamburg; and seven grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, at Medders Funeral Home Chapel, 1564 Hwy 52 W, Crossett, with Bro. Keith Boseman officiating.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the: Volunteers of the Crossett City Pound, 435 Binns Loop Crossett, AR 71635, or find them on Facebook.

All local arrangements are under the direction of Medders Funeral Home of Crossett.
