Dorothy Hollins

Dorothy Marie Hollins 58, of Crossett, was born on Feb. 16, 1961, to James Daniels Sr. and Nancy Harris in Crossett. She died Aug. 10, 2019, at her residence.

Dorothy graduated from Warren High School in 1980. She worked at Georgia Pacific Plywood for 15 years and then later for Home Health. Dorothy was preceded in death by her father, one sister and two brothers. 

Survivors include her son Curtis Jerome Phillips and spouse Sheila of Crossett, her daughter Syretha Phillips of Hot Springs; two brothers, Elbert Ray Daniels and spouse Gwendolyn of Prince George, Va., and Bobby Ray Daniels and spouse Shawanda of Columbus, Ga.; three sisters, Thelma Bunn of Lawton, Okla., Beverly Davis and spouse Antonio of Warren, and Mary Ann Carter of El Dorado; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at Davis Memorial Church of God in Christ in Crossett.

Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett.
