An arrest has been made in the Christmas Day shooting death in Hamburg.

Chief Johnny Oliver said Damian Davis, 25, of Hamburg, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm in connection with that case.

Todd Martin, 33, of Crossett was shot and killed while in his vehicle leaving a family member’s house at 407 Chicago St., according to a report from Arkansas State Police Department.
