Stan Bloom, 67, of Hamburg, died Thursday, July 6, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Bloom was a native of Humphrey; a resident of Hamburg since 2009 and a former resident of Warren for 38 years. He was a 1968 graduate of Stuttgart High School. He was a master electrician for the past 45 years and a member of the First Baptist Church in Hamburg.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Madison Elizabeth Bloom and his parents, Harold and Charlene Webb Bloom.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Tubbs Bloom of Hamburg; four daughters, Sarah Bloom and spouse, Paula Skarda, of Monticello, Kerri Watson and spouse, Johnny, of North Little Rock, Abby Smith and spouse, Richard, and Anell Meeks and spouse, Blake, all of Hamburg; a son, Lance Hill and spouse, Marla, of Dumas; two sisters, Karen Jones of Stuttgart and Peggy Hagler and spouse, Jimmy, of Malvern and eight grandchildren, Will Watson, Sarah Watson, Webb Watson, Grant Smith, Logan Smith, Preston Meeks, Addie Leigh Meeks and Elizabeth Jane Hill.
A celebration of life service was 10 a.m. July 8 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Bobby Pennington officiating.
