A Crossett man received sentences totaling 180 months prison time after pleading guilty to distributing sexually explicit images of children.
Tenth Judicial District Circuit Judge Sam Pope imposed the sentence against
James Harold Pratt, 60, of 3620 Ashley Road 3, Crossett, who had pleaded to five county of distributing, possessing/ viewing material depicting sexually explicit image of a child, each a Class C felony, and one count of distributing, possession, viewing material depicting sexually explicit image of a child, a Class C felony.
Pratt received a sentence of 120 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction on the first five counts to be served concurrently and an additional 60 months suspended imposition of a sentence on the final count to be served consecutively to the first five counts. Pope also granted 212 days jail credit and assessed court costs.
